Faith and Social Networking: Tools to Regain Employment
Where is God in this current economic crisis? Are you unemployed and need help preparing for future employment? Are you employed but want to prepare yourself in case of future unemployment? Whether employed or unemployed, please consider attending the FAITH and Social NETWORKING event sponsored by the Diocese of Worcester’s Catholic Social Justice Committee on October 19, 6:30 to 9 pm in the hall of the Madonna of the Holy Rosary, 118 Theresa Street, Fitchburg. Dr Neil Castronovo, Dean of Student Development, Assumption College and Dr. Virginia Ryan, Associate Professor of Religious Studies, Rivier College will present a faith talk on: Looking at the Current Economic Crisis through the Lens of Faith following a facilitated networking session for those unemployed. The program will be augmented by a presentation from Catholic Charities describing the services available to the unemployed through that organization. This program is free and open to ALL.
