The Diocese of Worcester affirms the centrality of adult faith formation in the ministry of the word and is committed to working in partnership with diocesan, school, and parish leaders toward carrying out the mission of adult faith formation. Courses, in-service opportunities, workshops and resources are made available through the diocesan, deanery, school or parish setting.
- Collaborative for Education & Ministry
Ongoing Adult Faith Formation is offered through the Collaborative for Education and Ministry. Doctrine & Enrichment Courses are open to all with a fee of $10.00 per course (texts are extra.) Ministry Training Courses are offered for those in volunteer or paid positions. Fees vary. Catalogs are available through the Office of Religious Education.

Facilitator of AFF Certification requires 6 core courses: GE101 – Introduction to Creed
GE102 – Introduction to Scripture
GE103 – Introduction to Church History
GE104 – Introduction to Morality
GE105 - Introduction to Sacraments & Worship
RE103 – Introduction to Adult Education
Administrator of AFF Certification requires 2 additional courses: RE104 – Introduction to Leadership Skills
RE203 – Administration of Adult Education
